The Atlanta Angels of the Women’s Associations Basketball Association (WABA) tops their division rivals the Gastonia Greyhounds 125-68. In Gastonia North Carolina.
The Atlanta Angels whole team scored 6 or more points with 8 of them scoring double figures. Nicole Collins led the Angels with 28 points and 10 rebounds. While Deundria Clark added 17 points and four rebounds.
While the Greyhounds were led by Shimica Boular who finished with 18 pts.
The Angels were able to take control of the game early and jumped out to a 29-11 first quarter lead. The Greyhounds showed some grit and in the second quarter, and outscored Atlanta 17-16 in the period.
The Angels then outscored the Greyhounds 33-24 in the third period, before having the best fourth quarter of their WABA season by outscoring Gastonia 47- 16 in the period.

The win moves the Atlanta Angels to 2-1 while the Gastonia Greyhounds fall to 0-2 on the WABA season. The two teams will face off this weekend in Morrow Ga, to complete an home to home stance.
